Esta muy rico, se disuelve muy bien y no me sienta mal en el estomago. He notado buenos resultado y eso que hago un entrenamiento sin mucha carga y de intensidad regular. Lo recomiendo

I just opened it and it was more than half empty. It also containes an ingredient that's called carrageenan, which is terrible for sensitive stomachs. I have IBS and was not made aware of this is ingredient.
