This item is quite effective, very comfortable and easy to use, quality is remarkable but keep in mind wear gloves while using it, you don’t have to, but it helps cause when sweating although it’s rubberized texture helps keep a good grip, it might get a lil bit slippery, but overall quality is better than most

I wouldn’t say that this accessory is necessarily, however it is a nice piece to have in the arsenal for a good price. The rubber makes griping it comfortable and the ribbing prevents slipping when pulling on it. I use it mostly for cross body cable pulls and some one arm tricep pull downs. You can use other handles for these exercises, but this is well designed for those movements, so why not take advantage of it.

I love having this in my gym bag. It is awesome for triceps movements. I will be purchasing another one just for one exercise the requires two. I see guys eyeballing it when I use it. Most people grab the cables to do similar exercises as I had the the past only to get pinched or cut by the cable. This attachment eliminates that from happening. Allows a great grip.

Quality feels amazing! I have problems with my wrists and these ergonomic grips are a life saver, honestly. One thing I didn't think about was doing face pulls as the handles don't work in reverse. Can still grip the rope above the handle to do these so still very happy.
