Shipping.. the eta is a pretty lengthy distance , how soon do they usually ship? I have just placed my order .

How does this thing work? Does a parent have to set up the babies next to the mom without their child seeing so it’s a “surprise”?

They babies are loaded you just have to set the timer for either each baby to be born every 10 mins or 12 hrs hours. The momma needs to be turned on brushed feed and petted until her heart light is fully lit then put back in the cage.

We are using this in fast mode. The first time, each baby arrived every 10 minutes. Now all 3 babies are coming at once. Any suggestions?

This happened as well to 2 of the 3 we bought for our girls. After taking it apart, my husband found the turntable switch had snapped off in both of them. Still waiting to hear back from the company, but after seeing what thin plastic it's made from, I would expect a replacement to do the same.

This is a brand new toy and the heart won’t stay lit up to have the babies and i have replaced the batteries. am i doing something wrong?

We figured out the issue. You need to rub mamas head and feed her celery for quite awhile to “prepare her for birth”. After a few minutes of constant head rubbing and celery feeding, her heart will light up and she will start singing. THEN you place her in the cage under the sensor and it’ll kick off the process, as long as you have the babies loaded and the switch on the back on. If her heart turns off and she “naps”, you need to take her back out to feed and pet her until her heart lights up again. The timer will pause but the heart on the cage should stay lit/continually pulsing.
