Love those, non stick!

I had a blast making little Christmas tree cakes for me and my daughter to decorate as a holiday activity with these pans. They worked really well, especially when put on a larger baking sheet. Just make sure not to fill them too full and to grease the pans well.

Gli stampini di per sé sono ottimi, quindi meritano tutte le stelle, ma a mio parere non si prestano per gli oreshki, perché non danno lo stesso risultato della piastra (non potendo essere “pressato”, l’impasto cresce ed è più gonfio e morbido degli oreshki tradizionali; inoltre, per fare una ventina di biscotti ci vuole una vita. Vanno bene per delle madeleine a forma di noce.

For years I was looking for traditional European cookie molds. North American cookies are large like bread slices, but European are finger size, meant to be eaten at single bite or two. These molds are perfect small size. Exactly what I was looking for. I've ordered several patterns. I did return one, the hearts as I found them to be a bit too big for European style baking. I don't care for big size cookies
