These bowls are perfect. I use them and they were very helpful for me to keep track of my portions. The material is great as well as the drawings on it. They were easy to clean and the size was perfect.

These are nice and deep. I like the measurements inside the bowl so that I can tell, at a quick glance, how much water my dog drinks each day.

These would be better if they were marked on more than a small portion on one side, that said they're still the best I could find to purchase in this category. That small addition would have meant a LOT more than the unnecessary graphic at the bottom of the dish.

These really helped control my portions of food after getting Bariatric surgery. I still use them 5 years later. The marking do fade but it’s very minimal and doesn’t happen right away. I only saw the marks fading after 5 years. I recommend this for portion control.

These are a pack of two porcelain bowls, they are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, however I would shy from the oven honestly because it doesn't give a limit, such as 350 degrees, etc., they are 12 ounce bowls, or aone and a half cups,, I had looked at other diet bowls but they were all made of melamine, I wanted the sturdiness of porcelain and that I could wash and cook in it as needed, you can't do that with melamine, really, any twelve ounce bowl is okay for weight loss, you could just mark it on the outside with a permanent marker, but I was lazy and saw these and decided to go ahead and invest in these, you can use them as a measuring device also for cooking if you think about, but I want to lose weight without having to mesure everything in a cup then transfer it to a bowl. I like them, I think they'll last for quite awhile, and ceramic/porcelain is always better than plastic. Worth the investment.

Look, I only have myself to blame for spending so much money on a bowl. I really should have just used a normal bowl. That said, it's a perfectly fine bowl.
