Comfortable for a fat guy....
I've been buying these same shoes for years; I've never found any other shoes that are as comfortable as these. I used to buy them at Wal Mart when they stocked them but now I get them at Amazon. I'm someone flat footed, weigh about 260 lbs and do a fair amount of walking and standing. These are the best shoes I've found for me. I've tried high dollar shoes and thought I'd like to just cut my feet off before the end of the day. They aren't the most stylish shoes but good enough for me. Quality is good; I go thru a pair every 6-9 months when the old pair gets dirty or smelly (if you get diesel fuel on them, they're done). The old pair gets relegated to spares/outside yard work shoes and repeat. I really don't know what I'll do when these are no longer available.

Quality and comfort at a reasonable price !
Comfort at a very reasonable price. I am a long time use of Dr Sholl's shoes and it is amazing how they have been able to keep up the price under control. They have also kept up with the standardized quality. I do have one small inquiry: it used to be a little bit more comfortable with added padding. Other than that, good to go!

Durable and Non-Slip – Perfect for Work
We bought these for my husband since he works in a restaurant and needs non-slip shoes. He’s been using them for over a year now, and they’re very durable and high-quality. Very happy with the purchase!

Poor Quality, Durability, and Bad Sizing
I purchased these after my local stores stopped carrying a less expensive Dr. Scholl's work shoe. I figured a more expensive upgrade of the same basic form factor shoe with the same company would suit me fine but I was extremely disappointed: 1. The shoes are way too large for the size listed. I've never had a shoe in my size be this loose. It's way beyond the variation normally encountered between brands/models. I had to wear two pairs of socks and use an aftermarket heel insert to make them at all wearable. 2. The sole started deteriorating and peeling off after less than a week of light wear. It's a thin non-slip layer that is glued on. I had to use shoe glue to reattach it but it didn't last long and I shouldn't have to do repairs on a pair of shoes after owning them for less than a week. 3. The upper isn't durable. While walking up stairs I lightly stubbed the toe and later discovered gouges that showed the gray base below. The description says 100% leather but if that's the case it's a very thin layer. The less expensive model of Dr. Scholl's work shoes I used to get were much more durable. I would expect scuffs with normal wear but not chunks taken out. It's really too bad, this would have been a great pair of shoes and served my purposes very well if only the quality, durability and sizing were decent. I'll have to find a better alternative and although I've had good experiences with other Dr. Scholl's shoes in the past, this particular model, Winder II, really let me down.

They only lasted for about 6 months before the bottom soles were no longer slip resistant.
I work in the food industry so being on my feet for long periods of time is rough on the feet. These shoes helped to comfort the pain on the middle arch of my feet. They fit pretty good even though there are no shoe laces. I got a size 14 and there was enough room for my toes to not feel squashed. The quality is pretty good but the durability is why I gave it three stars. They only lasted for about 6 months before the bottom soles were no longer slip resistant. I took the in-soles out and put them in some steel toe slip resistant boots from walmart for half the price and they lasted longer. TLDR: In conclusion, I would just buy the in-sole pads and put them in some cheaper boots. These shoes were ok but for the price I don't think it's worth it.

Sticking With These Shoes
They're comfortable, work well in the kitchen, they last a long time. Overall no complaints about these shoes. Will continue to purchase as the old ones die.
