Good quality
Good quality, non stick bread tin. The tin is the perfect size to make a family size loaf and the bread doesn’t stick to the inside. The only slight downside is that the outside of the tin is very easy to scratch due to the striped pattern on the metal.

Used with and without the lid
For a beginner, this bread baking pan surprised me with its quality and functionality. Being non-stick, it is easy to clean with soap and a soft sponge. The bread was baked evenly and it tasted so good. I have tried only 3 recipes, pan covered and not covered and my bread comes out nice every time. I have continued baking at least once a week in the last month since I purchased it. It actually impressed my wife. The pictures show my 1200g loaves, one with lid on and the other without the lid. I recommend it.

Good loaf tin
Perfect for big loaves, nice and non stick, effective cooking just expensive for something that defeats the object of saving some money by baking fresh sandwich loaf at home

I do two 500g dough mixers to make a lovely large loaf in this tin, it's a well made solid tin may well get another one shortly

Bigger than anticipated, otherwise good.
It's much bigger than expected. I'm sure the 1000g relates to the weight of the pan, rather than the loaf! I bought two in anticipation of baking 2 sourdough loaves (rye and granary) of around 1000g-1200g weight - but one pan takes both loaves, with foil the poor divider. But makes wonderful loaves - non-stick works a treat. Sandwiches and toast are much easier than with the traditionally shaped sourdough.

Pas de problème pour l'adhérence des brioches et du pain moulé fait maison, gabarit intéressant : hauteur et longueur adéquates.
