Easy to put together, folds out to a beautiful sofa. Ps arm rests are in back of sofa in zip pockets lol

Faulty sofa bed
I’m completely unsatisfied with this product cause it was faulty. the click clack system doesn’t work at all, once it’s turned to bed it’s impossible to put it pack to it’s upright position. Also the seller was not helpful at all when I asked for a refund. It took me so many messages lasting for almost a month, and a video for them to accept responsibility for their faulty product and when I asked them to come and collect it they requested that I pack it in its original packaging when the item was delivered about a month ago! How could expect anyone to keep the packaging for such a long time in a small flat?
