Absolutely amazing playground set and my kids are in love! I’m 33 years old, 5’6, and about 140lbs and put this together by myself over the course of a few days due to high winds. Even then, I still managed to get it all put together without any help! There were a couple parts that I questioned if I could, but I made it work and got through it. Overall, it’s sturdy very well organized when you receive it and super easy to assemble and it provides you with all the right tools. You just need a few extras. I super recommend using a compact drill. 😊

Extremely impressed! Customer service from Backyard Discovery was amazing. We ordered through Amazon but when it was delivered they did not deliver the slide. When you purchase from Amazon they use a different carrier and warehouse . I contacted Amazon they could not locate the slide they wanted me to purchase a new one and they would credit my account. I contacted backyard discovery and they immediately shipped one out. They were Amaazing. Next time I’ll cut out the middle man and buy directly from vendor they were great. The product is made entirely from cedar and is very well made. The directions are super easy to understand and follow. Hardware is individually packaged in pouches and numbered. Plenty of extra hardware is provided if you make a mistake. Assembly can be done solo except for the initial standing up and screwing in of playhouse and the arm for swings. Other than that it can be completed easily with no help. It did take about an hour to unpack the boxes and organize the pieces but they are well marked so there were no issues. All the pre drilled holes were perfectly placed . I would highly recommend !!

This took a group of 4 adults pretty much an entire day to assemble, which was not fun on a hot afternoon. That being said, it came together nicely and seema very sturdy. We do plan to add a couple more beams underneath the platform for the fort as the kids want us to get up there with them and it's not meant for adult weight. We're very happy with this so far and the kids are absolutely thrilled.

Overall very Happy with the structure. There are a few things I noticed that were upsetting, but I was able to make it work. 3 parts were missing in total, 3 of the M03 boards, which are needed for the rope climb wall. These boards were never found by the end of the build. I had to acquire replacement pieces from the local hardware store, and being that these boards are not a standard size, I then had to cut and sand them to match the original. I started with a 1/2x4inchx6ft piece of pine, and had to cut the board down to the right length, and then sand off about 1/4 of an inch off the length, and finally stain the boards to match the cedar color. I had a few faulty parts of hardware, bolts that had no threads, etc., but luckily there were enough extra parts to cover that. The wood was overall very solid, but there were some parts that were a bit softer than it should be, and there were a couple pieces of wood for the floor that the grain was peeling up, but I was able to flip those and hide them. Do not build this alone, you will need help. It is very heavy. With Myself doing most of the building, and my partner staging the parts and helping with the instructions and holding things in place at the start, we were able to build this in about 18 hours of work. Double check everything you do, make sure everything is square, and wait to tighten things until that section is fully together and in place. Build it in the spot you want it to be, moving it after being fully built would likely require heavy machinery... I also highly recommend applying a clear sealer to protect it from the elements.

Wonderful swing set and amazing quality! Assembly was not super difficult and I love that this swing set can serve a wide range of ages for kids.

My husband and our neighbor had it up in maybe 9 hours. It’s definitely a 2 person job if you want it to go smoothly. All the pieces were there. Instructions were easy to follow. The cedar was in great shape and my husband even said it was good quality! I’m impressed that he’s so impressed, to be honest! We are going to add 2 2x4’s under the place where the kids climb on to go down the slide. That’s the only place that it seems bendy but it’s not unsafe, they just thought that over time it might be an issue. We are going to attach some monkey bars to one side and pull up bars just because my kids want to get better at it. Overall, to be such a huge item ordered off Amazon I am impressed! They delivered with care and it got here on time with no delays. We would recommend this swing set if someone asked us for some ideas on where and what to get!

Ok, we haven't had this up for very long. It looks great! Some splits in the wood as we assembled. I don't love the creaking when my littles swing, even more so when my oldest swings. We'll see how it goes as time goes on.

Over all very impressive for the price. Other play sets this big are 3-4K bucks. Very sturdy. Pretty easy to assemble follow instructions by the book no issues. I highly recommend staining all the boards prior to assembling made it much easier. Assembly time is around 6hrs if your knowledge with tools. I would say 10-12hrs if you’re not. Most can be assembled with one person. A few parts of it 2 ppl required
