Romanoff Caviar Lumpfish Red Vodka, 2 oz

It’s pretty salty but then again most caviar is a but it tasted good I had it on a bagel with cream cheese and tomato and cucumbers and it was delicious

We always have red and black jars of this. I found a recipe many years ago for True Russian Dressing. It was created by Arthur Schwartz of New York City Food and published in Epicurious, October 1, 2015 edition. What this dressing does for a Reuben Sandwich is a taste that's perfect and unforgettable. Highly Recommend, both product and recipe. Yum!

Decent for the money

A lot more than You think, I actually end up throwing away a lot of it as after 2 days, I’m not risking food poisoning! Could be half the size. Tastes great though!

Lumpfish. Two ounces of rock salt would be cheaper and less salty.

Not for everyone. The taste is very salty but they have a nice pop to them. They are cheap, so I wasn’t expecting top caviar

We love sushi and add this to make a dull California roll a spectacular tasting roll. Fresh flavors of the ocean, keeps for days after opening. Turns a simple party into an exquisite affair.

We’ve never had caviar but my daughter is planning to purchase a few ounces of Beluga for our New Year’s celebration so I decided to order this and sorta give it a try. We loved it. I made blinis, we purchased creme fraîche at our local store and a package of Scottish smoked salmon, we paired it all together and it was wonderful! I will say that you should definitely go easy on the caviar, I topped my blinis with a little too much of it and it was a bit too salty but the creme fraîche cut the saltiness back some. The amount of caviar in this jar is generous, great value for your money.
