Can you use with other builder gel? Orly builder gel gets hot. Looking for a remedy.

I am not sure what you mean by gets hot? My experience has been that this foundation can be used with other gel product lines that have to be light cured. This foundation adheres well.

Does this base need a ph bond? Or can I apply it without one?

A PH bond or Protein bond is always recommended for best results.

Can I use this on nail tips like those nail tips that you use for acrylics can I ?

You definitely can use this product on acrylics for a base before applying your gel polish.

what is used to remove the product?

You can soak it with acetone or just buff it with a file. It’s a soft gel base coat and super easy to remove
