Are the lancets supposed to be loose in the box upon opening?** A: Yes they are loose inside of the box. That is how they arrive by the manufacturer. The Microlet box is put inside of the shipping box for shipping it to the buyer. I am selling 2 boxes with 100 lancets in each box -for a total of 200 lancets. Thank you for your question. These are lancets. They are a sharp object used to prick your finger. The pointed part is covered in plastic so nothing can rust.
