Way better than my Dell
I am very happy with this ASUS. I have had a Dell 11" I use for travel for years and it was the slowest, most frustrating computer I've ever had. Only thing good about it was its size and weight. I accidentally bought an ASUS Chromebook for travel instead, not realizing how different a Chromebook is. I'd seen this Windows ASUS in my previous search. Wish I'd bought it the first time. It goes on instantly, my Thunderbird mail service pops right open, the battery life is good. We used it last night to watch the weather channels during the terrible thunder and tornado storms. It was perfect, and folded keyboard back in easel mode. My Dell touchpad was a total nuisance and I was constantly unable to navigate. I haven't had any issues with this so far. It is an older model, so it has all the ports (HDMI, USB) that can be missing on newer models and Chromebooks. I had trouble figuring out the stylus and how it slid out - but it is pretty sharp and I don't really have a need for it. Perhaps it could damage the screen after a lot of use. My only issues with this is it is a bit heavier than I wanted, and the little power button is harder to find. Otherwise I'm so happy with it and have said this several times since I got it. Worth paying a bit more for the touchscreen model.

Good travel laptop.
Nice little laptop that's good for travel and has windows (Not a fan of Chrome OS). I use it for pixel art and just leave it in my car for the most part. I would say that it is probably not good for any high end gaming but seems okay for emulator stuff. Seems that GIMP runs fine. I use an external 64gb usb stick to run all my apps off of so nothing but the OS is really on the actual hard drive. Seems good so far!

Best laptop under $200, if you're lucky!
Can't ask for more from a laptop under 200 dollars! Responsive touchscreen. Stylus firmly perched inside its own slot, where it also keeps getting charged. Two-in-one design. Lightweight, yet sturdy. An ultra-portable minus the high price. One USB-C, also two regular USBs, and one HDMI. Windows 10 Pro out of the box. Reasonable battery life. However, mine came defective: the stylus wouldn't work; called ASUS, they agreed to fix it if I sent it over to them (they also agreed to bear the cost), but it was easier to return it to Amazon, and that's what I did, yet bought one from another seller there. Now, time will tell if I'm lucky!!

Great for writing but not much else
Full disclosure: I ended up returning this little guy as it did not meet my needs. However, I was impressed by the quality of this compact little laptop. If it had a little but more space I would have loved to keep it. I'd recommend this to anyone who is only looking for something to use to access the internet, write on, or have as a second device for travel. It's definitely not meant for gaming or running any larger software. I'd chose this as a great alternative to a chromebook.

It could be such a great laptop!
It could have been AMAZING laptop (for my purposes - I am not a gamer, and I don't use it for business. It has everything I wished for, and everything works perfectly. It is also light and super portable. BUT it has serious charging port issue. The first time I bought this laptop, it was refurbished. So when within 1 -2 months it developed a charging issue, I wrote it off to the refurbishing and bought exactly the same laptop but new. I got this one in late February. Now it's early July and the charging port is jiggly already. At first I thought it was the charger itself. So I bought a nearly $60 replacement charger. But it still charges only when the cord is in a specific position across the keyboard. This means that somewhere inside the port there is a contact issue. Luckily, it is still on warranty, so I am sending this baby I came to love so much away for fixing

Works well
My favorite part of this purchase is the ad picture. I think it is hilarious to have the fused mutant laptop advertised. My 6 year old niece agreed and that why I ended up with this one. I am low maintenance when it comes to computers (I needed something that typed and had an HDMI port) and this fit the bill. It was a good price and I am happy with it.

Slow
I know this is common with windows defender, but I simply wanted to install an IDE to code and windows defender took up 80% CPU trying to just OPEN the installer(15 mins later it opened but had to load for 25 more minutes to even bring me to the screen to install) just this. I restarted to see what it was at idly, upon fresh restart, CPU is at 100%. for a brand new laptop, while relatively cheap, I'd expect it to at least function on startup. I really wanted to like it because it's super portable but I cant imagine you could even comfortably run a program or a singular internet tab (chrome, firefox, anything!)

Great little computer--just right for travel!
Got this little computer and plugged it in; great battery life right off the bat. I put in my stuff and the only problem I have now is my fingers are used to a bigger keyboard. But as I use it, my fingers start finding their way around. So easy to carry, fits in my bag, fits in my purse, fits on a plane snack tray too! I love this little dude and recommend it instead of a tablet. I had a tablet and it was hard for me because I need a keyboard. touch screens are fine but I needed something I could use a stylus on. So I recommend this little guy to anyone who needs a useful little computer with keyboard that doesn't weight a ton! Only 3 lbs! I don't need a stylus anymore (something that gets lost eventually!).

You pay quite a bit for this laptop, and when compared to other laptops this one is quite high priced. The touch screen and stylus are amazing!

Es el producto solicitado "como nuevo" así lo decía en su descripción, solo unas pequeñas manchas en la cubierta, funciona adecuadamente...llego cuatro días antes de lo previsto...en general bien y satisfecho por la compra...
