I have bought a number of beard clippers. The Brio Beardscape v2 really stands out compared to the rest i have purchased. The features alone make it worth purchasing. The micro adjustment is a must have in beard trimmers. The battery lasts for months at a time. Last but not least is the customer service they are amazing. I drpped one of the guards and it broke for what ever reason. I emailed them with the problem and they literally had a new guard shipped to me the next day. I highly recommend purchasing these clippers i am very pleased

UPDATE 4/13/26: Raising rating from 3 stars (due to the guards) to 5 stars. Contacted Brio customer directly through their website. Their customer service returned my email within a few hours and already shipped the new guards. All within a few hours. This beard trimmer is undoubtedly the best I've ever used, except for one glaring issue. The beard guards keep breaking, even with regular use, not even during travel. I've already replaced the trimmer twice, and the beard guard broke again (see the photo). The first trimmer resulted in two broken guards, and the second product already has one broken guard- the guard I actually need. Amazon's replacement policy is crazy; they only offer to replace the entire product, not just the guards. It's frustrating that there's no way to contact the manufacturer directly through Amazon. I keep getting redirected to an AI chatbot instead. The beard guards are the weakest link in this product. The build quality is significantly inferior to the trimmer. You can feel its fragility every time you place it on the trimmer. The placement method requires careful seating of the guard by aligning the posts on either side. This constant flexing of the guard likely contributes to its weakness. I am going to try to reach out to the company and see if they can just send me the guards because if I have to return it again, I will just get my money back. The Norelco I was using before was built like a tank to include the guard. Plus, the mounting system was way better.

I liked the product but it just stopped working suddenly and won't charge (after 11 months) Update: 2 year warranty. I contacted the manufacturer who had me try one thing (which didn't help) and they shipped me a new unit. Thank you!

It feels like a quality product right out of the box. The trimming performance is impressive, and it gives a clean and precise finish. The battery life is really good. I ended up buying the zero blade as an additional piece, but it would have been great if it came included with the trimmer. Even though it's on the pricier side, I think it’s worth the investment for anyone that wants a quality trimmer that I’ll hopefully have for several years. Overall, it is really nice and feels good in hand!

Super high quality product. Battery seems to last forever. 3 months later I’m still on the original charge. The zero blade addition is totally worth it. Very happy with this beard trimmer.

Great trimmer but attachments are complete crap, the 1and 2 mm broke within a week, the rest are missing a tooth ot two. I tried reaching out to the company but never got a reply back. Tried to buy more from their own website but the reviews there say it's cheap plastic and break often.

This thing is great. I've spent the last decade shaving with cheap groomers from Target, and I got what I paid for: OK performance from a flimsy device that lasted a little over a year. This Brio, though, is SOLID. Its comb/length system, managed with attachable guards, is unlike any I've seen before, but once you get the gist of it, it's really easy to use. I have a pretty thin beard, so I don't really need the extra speed settings, but it's nice to know they're there if I want to use this to shave my head or whatever. I'm not much of a "beard guy", but I know a quality device when I see one, and this definitely fits the bill. Even if you, like me, aren't the hairiest dude you know, I'd still recommend checking this out. I can already tell it's going to be around for the long haul. It'll save you money wasted on cheaper alternatives that need to be replaced all the time, thus not being all that cheap in the end.

I researched for awhile & this trimmer came up as one of the best.I have used it twice now & I like it.It has very good battery life but as long as I get an hour or so max per use depending on what I’m doing that is adequate for me.With that said the battery life far exceeds that.The only thing I can say that I don’t like or I’m having trouble with is the on off button.I find where I want to hold the trimmer I keep turning it off.I am adjusting though so hopefully it’s not a issue.A sliding switch would be better but not a deal breaker.I shave my head with it & would recommend purchasing the zero blade.The lowest setting with the provided blade is good but there’s a noticeable difference with the zero blade.I do recommend this trimmer.

Dejo de funcionar a menos de un mea de haberla comprado… y yo creo maximo la use unas 2-3 veces para un trim sensillo. En total unos 15 minutoa de uso y dejo de funcionar. No la recomiendo para nada.

I love this shaver by Brio its very easy to use and maintain and it saves me a lot time on shaving as it very quick at shaving and does and excellent job at it too.
