Are these a one-time use or can the ink be refilled? If yes, how?

Yep, they're stamps. They do exactly what I wanted them to do. I'm not saying they keep me organized, because that's a lot to ask, but it does give me a little jolt of pleasure to be able to stamp my receipts as "entered" as they go into my accounting system.
