Completely waste of money, I consumed regularly as per instructions, but no effect at all.

As a former professional mma fighter you could the imagine the damage my brain as taken over the years . EDIT**** Company reached out to me and offered full refund. Which, means something to me. They could have just ignore me so I have bumped my starts from 1 to 3 stars. No noticeable difference. If anything, my resting heart rate was constantly above 100bpm and my blood pressure went up after taking this for only like 2-3 days. Then they say here that you can get a full refund, but then you go to “request refund” and it says “not eligible for refund” all around will never buy from this company again.
