Heavy Duty Adjustable Power Tower Multi-Function Strength Training Dip Stand Workout Station Fitness Equipment for Home Gym

Ordered this for my home gym and here are my observations (and I am 6', 210 to give a scale.) Height = It is adjustable and would accommodate someone shorter or much taller than I. Width and Stability = At first I felt the it was a little wide at the hands, but after using a few times I don't even notice it. And the width helps stabilize - it has not rocked once even with speed reps. It didn't take long to put together and is made of has material (the metal has some weight to it.) Includes the tools needed to put together though I did use a socket set to quicken the process.

This workout station is the real deal. I'm 5'11" and 240 Lbs, this station supports my body with no issues. I'm able to do dips and pushups without any movement from the workout station. Its very sturdy! I believe the advertisement mentioned you could do pull ups as well, but that is not true. The one recommendation i have is to use your own tools to put the workout station together. I'm very good at assembling products. The assembly of this station took me approximately 30 minutes.

I am 185 lbs 5 10 it is a bit wider than I would want it to be. I have some shoulder issues I'd like it to be angled just a bit so you could move in and out for a preferred width. Took me 15 min to out together. Never looked at the instructions. There's 12 bolts it's pretty straight forward all the same size. The only thing I could see is having the nuts on the bottom side by accident. Then it wouldn't lay flat. A socket wrench will save you half the time. It's pretty sturdy. Because of the width I feel like I'm pushing the handles slightly out instead of my weight being straight down. Still very sturdy

I’m 6’4 210. Took 15min to put together with a ratchet. Don’t over tighten. It’s pretty sturdy as others have said. My only complaint is when doing push-ups. My head gets rather close to the crossbar so I can’t go too low. Not a big deal tho. It doesn’t scratch the floor, doesn’t rock while dipping and for my height, the width is fine.

This is great for pushups. I bought it for this very purpose. It let’s you get a good stretch with every rep but it doesn’t give you much room. The dip bars got in the way of my shoulders so I took it apart and moved the dip bar back. This works good for pushups but now the dip bar is useless because the balance is off. I would go with another product if you want to use the dip bars and push-up bars together.

Best one out there for the money. But make sure you have plenty of room to fit. Added extra padding to the fore arm rests and I can do leg lifts. Don't pass this one up, built like a Gym station. Very professional and you won't be disappointed.

Easy to assemble, strongly built. I'm 6' tall and weigh 185 and there is no movement when I do dips with a weighted vest. Very compact, perfect and highly recommend. The "tools" that were included are a joke, don't expect to use them to assemble something designed to support your body weight. Expect to use your own tools.
