Lots of valuable information all on one chart, very useful memory aid and takes up very little space.

To learn the circle of fifths. Nicely done.

This is a good poster. The printing is clear and the subtrate has held up for years. Other than that, it's pretty much a standard circle of fifths poster. And that's a fine thing because the circle of fifths is the basis for understanding a lot of music theory. If you're learning music theory - you need it. If you know music theory - then you already know you need it.

My wife is not a music teacher, but she is a musician who was taught to play piano, then taught herself flute. She’s played in bands and loves to continue her music to this day. She’s been wanting to learn the guitar, but lesson prices are off the charts - and adulting tends to get in the way - so she’s working on teaching herself. To that end, I saw this Circle of Fifths Chart Poster for Guitar and Piano and grabbed it for her - she took one look at the product page images and thought it could be of great help. So far she is impressed. She has been back on the piano for a few months now and - after a few years owning, but not yet learning the guitar - feels like she has a fighting chance - the help of this Circle of Fifths Chart Poster for Guitar and Piano will be key to that process. She is happy with it, says it looks good, is large enough to have up to watch and use, but also easily goes back into the tube for storing. She is thrilled to have it and can’t wait to learn this new instrument. She believes it would be great for teachers, self learners, or for a student’s practice area.

The poster is nice, full of great information, but I wish it came in a larger size.

My undergraduate degree is a BSed in Music Education. Music has always been an integral part of me. In the past I would have Poo-Pooed hanging a Circle of Fifths chart on MY wall. After all, I am a pro, right? WHy would I need this crutch? Well, I would have been wrong. Maybe its that I finished my last course in music 52 years ago. Maybe I am just a bit forgetful. I'm not sure. ButI can tell you that I DO need some crutches, and this Circle of Fifts is going to prove to be extremely valuable. I know that I am going to refer to it often, as I write my little ditties. Being able to reach back and use some of the most basic things that I learned so many years ago is CERTAINLY not to be Poo-Pooed. If you feel that way about your basic musical knowledge, you might, in the future, find it valuable to learn from MY experiences.

The chart came in a handy and sturdy poster tube which will keep it safe when transporting it from home to music class or practice room. It is made of a sturdy plastic type paper with a silk screen print of 3 colors which appear to be waterproof, so this chart can take some rough handling. There is very little blank space on the chart because it has information everywhere you look. The lettering is large enough to be readable at over an arm’s length distance which is helpful, considering there is going to be an instrument in between the chart and the reader in most cases. The information on the chart requires the reader to have a very basic understanding of some music theory vocabulary. The reader can jump around the chart according to their needs and from it they should be able to further their talent by utilizing the insight on display regarding not just the Circle of Fifths but the additional music theory information that’s also provided on the chart.

I love it. The material is great, the info on it is great.. the only thing i could find to make me not 100% satisfied would be the minuscule margins at top and bottom.. We’re talking less than a cm. Makes it hard to frame without cropping whats on it. Had to make a crapy paper extension so i would be able to see the whole greatness of it. Apart from that its awesome. Would recommend.
