**Q: Is it for kids or women or men cuz it says its small enough to fit into your pocket?**
A: I believe that they are more for men and women. The tension on them can be adjusted as you use more and strengthen your hands and arms. I just tried and did put in my pocket which surprised me. Depending on why you need them I will say that they are worth it. I’m rehabilitating from long term health issues where lost muscle mass and strength. They work.

**Q: Is this good for beginners, or do you think it would be too hard?**
A: Beginners welcome. The hand grips are adjustable over a range of resistances - making them adaptable from very easy to a good workout for the strong.

A: yes

**Q: What difference in effect if i switch direction i hold the grip?  springs facing me.  springs facing away from me.**
A: I'm told it works different muscles in fingers and hands. My husband uses these daily and lives them
