Great quality and excellent value for money, especially since it comes in a pack of three. I purchased this in August 2025, and even with daily use, we’ve only gone through two filters so far—we still have one left.It does a really good job filtering tap water, and the flow rate is surprisingly fast, which makes it very convenient for everyday use.Overall, reliable, efficient, and definitely worth the price considering how long they last. Would happily buy again.

Great filters. They last like stated on the box, water tastes delicious.Those filters work perfectly fine with the water jug I have and the price is quite sensible due to the fact that you change those filters every 3 months.

Fantastic replacements my only issue is it tends to clog and not filter correctly sometimes, wether that’s my own issue or a product issue I am unsure but regardless it is a great product!

I've used the Brita jugs in the past and their filters are OK. This one removes more stuff from the water. I went for this one to remove several things including fluoride, which thanks to a water testing kit I can confirm it does better than some other well known brands.

Great that these last 3 months unlike the Britva ones who only seem to sell the longer lasting ones on other countries.

I recently had a problem with the blue light on the lid when I changed the water filter for the first time. The blue light keeps blinking and would not shut off. You are suppose to press in once every refill. I contacted Waterdrop company and they asked for the order numbers of filter and the pitcher and in return they would send a replacement lid. This company is so awesome and the product is so great they sent me a brand new pitcher with a new water filter included. I now have four new filters because I ordered filter replacements from Amazon and now the new one in the pitcher the company sent me.There really is a difference in the taste and quality of the water because I receive city water from Portsmouth NH and it has so much chlorine in it that the odor in the morning when I turn on the tap water in the kitchen sink stinks so bad that I usually waste and run it a long time trying to flush it out of my pipes.I have to say that these filters work quickly with water flowing out of them fast, especially when you first start using them. They do not slow down until at the very least a month after you use them. The first filter did not have to be replaced until the third month of use and it was because of the solids it filtered from the city water. Not only do you taste and smell the difference you can see the difference every time you use it.I drink a half to a gallon of water a day and this is the greatest pitcher filter for the money and one of the best purchases I have made over the years from Amazon. I highly recommend this product. The pitcher itself is sturdy, the handle is comfortable to hold because it fits nicely in your hand with no sharp edges. When you have a full pitcher it can have a lot of weight but because of the design it is comfortable to hold and easy to pour. The pitcher fits in my refrigerator which is great and the design of the lid keeps the water from picking up the flavors of scents that may be lingering in the refrigerator.

Ummmm... It's a water filter. I used it for filtering water 🤷🏼‍♀️.It says that it works on PFOS/PFOA.

You have to pay for the return. I decided to contact the company in the USA. With significant weeks of a runaround (frustrating), the Manager of the company did step in and agreed to refund my cost of purchasing these filters, without having to return the product. To pay for the return wasn't worth it to me because of the cost it would have taken from Canada back to the USA. So, the MANAGER I thank very much and I appreciate him doing that. He left me a voice mail and also a message through Amazon messaging that was very nice and sincere. He came through !! Awesome job sir. :)I gave a 4 star rating for the filter and took 1 star away because of the weeks of going in circles trying to get a rufund before the deadline.I decided to return the Waterdrop container/tank (water holder) and the filters because it was too time consuming for me to fill the tank, let it filter, fill up water bottles/jugs, etc to place in fridge for water to get cold. Then fill up the tank again. It was too much work. So, I decided to go with an under the sink water filter (good for 5 years) attached to the cold water line and it's so much easier.

Our doctor recommended we switch to glass containers. These filters go with it. We think our filtered water tastes better.
