Great light and works well!
Game changer! We looked at sort of options to light bbq area. Mounting something on wall or even drilling into the mounting area. Then...I saw this- thought its not a huge investment. It works so well! Gives the required lighting...folds out of the way and easy to use. We just have to remember to try to bring it in when it rains. Its a great product!

Not tight light!
Works well and lights up the surface area adequately. The trouble I have with it, is that it’s difficult keeping it secured to the handle on our Weber grill-it’s always trying to pivot.

Perfect for need
A wonderful modern update to an age old problem of not being able to see what you are cooking on the grill. I use my grill year round. 1/2 the year it is dark when I cook. This light is FAR better than typical grill lights. The sleek design, the way you can manipulate the arm to any direction needed, the great amount of light it puts out and of course the brightness of the LEDs comes together to make, in my opinion, hands-down the BEST grill light I have ever seen. Installing the light is a simple compression clamp so it can be moved in seconds with no drilling, or permanent installation needed. *Also I would like to mention that I keep my grill covered with a custom fit cover and the installed light does not get in the way or affect the cover in any way. I was concerned I would have to remove the grill light each time I re-covered the grill but because the light folds parallel to the grill lid handle, no interference at all! Sweet! Buy this light! If you, like I was, are searching for that 'just right' grill light, this is it. 5*'s and more!

Great design, bright enough.
Works great with easy attachment clamp and swivel, good build quality. I use rechargeable batteries so not aware of regular battery life. No negatives to note, recommended. I am buying another for a different project.

Didn't last a year.... (Works on my old Weber 650 Summit!)
Update: 6/30/25Updating the review to 1 start as the light no longer works. Full disclosure. The light was attached to the grill handle all winter. Grill is stored outdoors with a quality Montana cover. It did not melt, it just no longer works anymore. Very disappointed that this lasted just 1 season. As a comparison, I have Weber branded lights attached to another grill which is stored outside under the same conditions. Those work perfectly fine.-----------I needed a longer light for my old Weber 650 Summit. That extra long edge on my grill hood blocked most lights that attach to the handle. This one provides the length and enough brightness to light up the entire grilling surface. Can't speak for how waterproof the light is as the grill is covered during bad weather. I did read how others had issues with the light melting from the heat, but so far this has withstood an all day BBQ.

Great BBQ light
Love it, my patio is not well lit. During these short days of fall and winter, it gets dark early and I’m unable to see what I’m cooking. This light has been an inexpensive solution and I get plenty of light covering my cooking area, -/pit’s convenient and easy where I’m keeping it on the BBQ handle. I just ordered a second one that will become a gift for my son-in-law this Christmas.

Good design with minor flaws
A well designed light with a couple of flaws. First, it clamps to the grill lid handle very well and has good ergonomics. It doesn't get in your way and can be manipulated in several directions to get the light where you need it. Level of brightness is VERY good and batteries last a long time.However, it has 2 problems. Tt is not waterproofed well. Make sure to cover your grill when not iin use, or once or twice in the rain and you'll either have to quickly take out the batteries and dry it out really well or by a new one. Secondly, its elbow/hinge is very loose. Every time you close the grill the light swings out, causing you to have to put it back into the position you like.
