These knives are very attractive, very sharp, and offer a variety of sizes. I am happy with my choice.

This is a very sharp serrated knife. As a ceramic, it is a hard blade and I expect it to stay sharp longer than steel. The blade is of sufficient thickness that I expect it to be very durable for ordinary use. It is excellent for cutting breads. Because it is ceramic, it is more brittle than steel. I do not plan to use it in any prying manner. Exerting a lot of torque on this ceramic blade would probably cause it to break. Cranking this blade against a bone would likely eventually break it. In that manner, it is not as strong as steel. These ceramic blades are tough, though. As an example, I dropped another style of ceramic knife of about the same blade width from about three feet high (the typical height of a kitchen counter top). I dropped it so it would hit point first straight down. It chipped the concrete twice in two drops, but there was no damage to that blade tip. I would expect this knife to perform the same. This knife is excellent for its designed purpose.

These knives are very comfortable to hold allowing for easy cutting. VERY SHARP!!!

I love the sleek look of the holder, some much more esthetically pleasing than the old butcher block design. As for the knives themself, they are light weight and also quite sleek. I've owned ceramic knives before and they do have a shelf life. After some time the edges and tips can chip. Time will tell with these.

These knives are very sharp but the largest one chipped almost immediately and a few days later broke completely in half. I do have other brands of ceramic knives and will not be buying Vos again.

I was blown away by how beautiful this knife set is. It arrived in a classy, elegant black gift box with orange silk lining. They would make a wonderful gift for someone. The set includes a really nice clear plastic knife stand to display your knives on your kitchen counter top. Mine is on the counter right beside my stove. The knives are very light, but well built and sturdy and are the sharpest knives I've ever had or used. They feel like razors, and you could probably shave with them, although I haven't tried. This is my first purchase of ceramic knives and I love how they feel and cut. All in all, I am more than pleased with this set. It is elegant, classy looking, strong, super sharp, nicely balanced and just a great addition to your kitchen tools or current knives in use. Best of all, they have a LIFETIME WARRANTY! I would definitely buy them again and highly recommend this knife set to anybody looking for high quality ceramic knives at a very reasonable price.
