Hi i purchased this for my daughters samsung SM-X200 but when fitted the charging hole is not accessible and the power botton doesnt line up

I actually brought this case for my sister's SM-X200 I won't lie, it does seem to little tricky to turn and fitting the charging lead, but it does manage to turn on. My sister is partly brain damage, but she does Manage to turn it on & putting the Charging cable in. If you are having major problems, then get in touch with the seller.
