Review: Wow! Lowered my blood pressure! - Wow! I was not taking this product to lower my blood pressure but it did that. Lowered it so much that I had to stop taking it because I don’t have high blood pressure. I’m going to reorder and get the 50mg instead of taking this 100mg. My husband is going to try the 100mg because he does have high blood pressure.
Review: Side effects - Was excited to try these for help with a pancreatic issue but the side effects were too much for me. Most people seem to handle this supplement fine but I a couple issues. One was tenderness and tightness in my upper left abdomen that required Ibuprofen to relieve and the second was a whooshing with heartbeat feeling in my left ear that would happen half a dozen times a day. I was taking one capsule a day for a couple weeks and these side effects started slowly and progressed but ended immediately once stopping this supplement. Maybe I have an allergy or condition that doesn't get along with grape seed extract

Grape Seed has excellent benefits! I take this kind as well as a combo mix from Swansons, every morning and middle of day if I need extra boost to get me through. I try not to take too late in the day however, as have experienced trouble going to sleep if taken later part of day..... It has helped me with energy level.
