Hello, I purchased an Ajanta LED Wall Clock from Amazon. Unfortunately, the clock has stopped working and is not turning on. I have already replaced the battery with a new one to make sure the issue is not with the battery, but the clock still does not work. Instruction manual not given. Struggling to set timing Digits not coming properly. Battery backup not working. Waste of money. Money lost. Couldn't use the product even for a week. Manufacturer/dealer contract details not given. Amazon is not helping me at all. I have packed the wall clock and kept aside. Total waste of money. I am pained. Request don't buy any product from Ajanta.
