I recently purchased the Hamilton Beach Electric Vegetable Chopper & Mini Food Processor, and I’ve been really happy with it. It’s compact, easy to use, and perfect for everyday cooking tasks. I mainly use it for chopping onions, garlic, and making small batches of sauces, and it works quickly and efficiently every time. One of my favorite features is how simple it is just press the top to chop. There’s no complicated setup, which makes it great when you’re in a hurry. The blades are sharp and powerful enough to handle most ingredients, and it can even puree foods smoothly. Cleaning is also very easy since the parts come apart quickly and are dishwasher-safe. The size is ideal for small portions, but if you’re cooking for a large family, you might need something bigger. Also, since it’s quite powerful, you have to be careful not to over-process food. Overall, this is a great budget-friendly kitchen tool. It saves time, is easy to clean, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a simple and reliable mini chopper.

This is a very handy little choppper. I've got a big 13 cup food processor that has a lot of parts & takes some time to clean. This chopper is easy peazy to use and clean. No lining things up perfectly. just make sure the bottom cup is on, then drop in the blade, food then plop the top on & press! Love it so much,I've given one as a gift too!

All around wonderfully designed and very nicely made, i do not know where to begin in describing how practical and useful this appliance would be. It is home kitchen size, not large, and although it is described as having a 3-cup chopping bowl, in practice this chopper was actually designed to chop up to 1 1/2-cups of carrots or onions, etc., carrots sliced into about 1-inch lengths or onions sliced into about 1-inch cubes, for instance, which makes sense because the chopping process inside this appliance needs to have enough overhead free space to flip and overturn what is being chopped in order to regulate the uniformity of the chopping, to not produce a mixture of both finely minced and uncut carrots or onions, etc., and its operator's instruction page includes some useful tips on how to use this chopper. This chopper is about all of what a single person, a couple or a small family could need and if you hit the limit of what a single 1 1/2-cup chopping can produce, then simply cut up some more, put it in the chopper and produce more, in other words it is possible for this chopper to satisfy you, you two, you few, you several and more. It is said fruits and veggies are more nutritious when eaten raw, uncooked, but who wants to chew on chunks of raw carrots or raw onions in their salad? But now, this chopper can reduce those chunks into tasty little, easy to chew, flavorful tidbits. And for those who appreciate what a Chinese wok can do, cook your rice in the wok then put the cooked rice into a bowl at the side of the stove, then cook or sauté your fruits, meats, veggies, or whatever, before putting the rice back into the hot wok along with just enough cooking oil to make everything just a little bit slick and slippery, then, at the last minute, once everything has been cooked, flipped over and mixed up, this is the time to add additional flavorings, seasonings and spices, including finely chopped onion, etc., before giving everything in the wok a quick, mix it up, final flip-over. That same method can successfully be used in any Eastern or Western cookpan or cookpot but Chinese wok design is particularly good at that. Lodge of Tennessee, USA, makes cast iron woks, 12-inch useful, 14-inch even better. Cast iron and carbon steel woks break-in or season in about the same way, scrub them clean in kitchen sink water, but use NO soap or detergent, then put them on a low heat stove to thoroughly dry them, and when cooled down lightly coat their insides with cooking oil. Anyway, this little chopper is very useful, much better and easier than doing such fine slicing by hand, recommended!

Great little food processor for small jobs. It’s not big enough for regular recipes, but if you just need to chop a few veggies, it’s ideal. Just press down and it processes. You can’t choose the speed, but you can control how many times you pulse/push down the processor to create the consistency you want. It successfully ground pistachios and dates, but the blade just nicked the chocolate chips. It did a good job blending. Its plastic bowl and lid are strong. They went through the dishwasher without warping or becoming brittle like the plastic parts of other food processors I’ve had in the past. Because of that, I don’t foresee it not fitting together, breaking or leaking. Easy to take apart for clean up. It doesn’t take up much room in the dishwasher or cupboard. Although I use a food processor often, it is versatile enough for my needs. Its simplicity makes cooking more streamlined rather than being a drawback. I consider it a good investment.

This little veggie chopper works good you don't want to overload it I did that first time it overflowed so I learned it'll only hold so much but that's all right it chopped garlic really great and certain veggies are pretty good so no problem good buy.

I’m a wildlife rehabber and make fresh mashes for my Starlings and Sparrows. They are very picky and if the consistency isn’t just right they won’t eat it. I’ve been using a manual chopper because I was worried about it becoming too much of a purée but that takes forever and the pieces aren’t always the same size. This little food processor is a complete life saver! It has been the best purchase I’ve made all year! Excellent quality, ready in minutes and insanely easy to clean as I don’t have a dishwasher that is very important to me. Incredible price, powerful and holds a lot for such a compact machine. 100% recommend! Don't think, just buy it!

the easiest and best food chopper ever. So easy to use and clean. I get the perfect size I want every time if it is garlic, onions, chicken, nuts or what ever. No hassle, just set the bowl on the base, no twisting or turning. put in food to be chopped and add lid and press on the back side of the lid and release pressure and chopping by not pressing on it. most things take 2 or 3 quick presses and you are done. quick rinse under faucet and it is clean. One of the best buys ever. only a 3 cup bowl but plenty big enough for most things. and you could do 5 loads in less time and hassle than others in one 1 time. as you can see I do love this chopper.

Love this little chopper, easy to use. Great design, the center point is much taller than other choppers I have, the food does not get up inside easily because of the push down operation, helps the cutting blade stayed in placed. This works great for small jobs and especially for mixing my herbs for marination. I don't use it on meat products, I have a full size Cuisinart processor for that job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Me gusta mucho concinar, pero detesto picar cebolla (me hace llorar, tiro por viaje). Cuando vi esto en Amazon... y a este precio... simplemente tuve que pedirlo. ¡Una excelente decisión! Es pequeño y fácil de usar. Pero, quizá lo más importante: ¡es facilísimo de lavar! Smiplemente quitar la tapa, la cuchilla, y la base, lavar con cuidado, secar, y guardar. Ahorra mucho tiempo picando las cosas, y me gusta mucho cómo deja los cortes. Por supuesto, hay que saber utilizarlo. No se deja apretado consntatemente, porque haría un licuado. Más bien: se le dan pequeños "toques" (yo diría que de medio segundo cada uno) y se va midiendo cómo va el proceso de picado... y se le dan más toques (según sea necesario) hasta que quede justo como quieres. Ahora, picar cebolla es tan fácil como partir una cebolla en octavos, echarlos al chopper, y listo. Ya solo falta ver cuánto tiempo dura... pero, por el precio... vale la pena intentarlo.

Wow, I've been cooking for 65 years and never knew they made these minis. I've got a big food processor that won't do small jobs. I found out about this while watching a food prep video.
