No, this is a very basic (yet very good) DAC which handles DoP128, DSD256 and MQA but there are no management controls for the device. There is a Windows ASIO driver available if you want to use it on a PC. Great value for money!

Can I use this through my ipads Lightning port if my ipad has a 3.5mm jack?

Yes you can use this instead of the built in headphone jack, just make sure you get the Fiio KA-1-LC if your ipad uses a lightning port

will this increase headphone volume on iPhone 13? I'm using beyer dt700 pro x headphones which are 48 ohm, I generally use Spotify

Using an older iPhone, but I would say it does amplify the sound overall but not hugely. It does let you access Hi-Res at the same time, so I've found it worthwhile
