A Massive headache in a tiny box
Described as a drop in replacement for the original Creality board, it's not. The screen after install would not come on, turns out it was shorting on the screen mount. The firmware installed on the main board sent all my steppers crashing into endstops and the bed. Despite the onboard connection for the CR Touch none of the available firmware worked. I had to reinstall the Z stop micro switch. I have also had to download Visual studio and Marlin and attempt to write code. BigTreeTech where a total waste of time in regards to getting assistance, I honestly think they did not read my email properly as the answer they gave was no use what so ever. A search on the internet brings up loads of the same complaint and dead end fixes. No updates for this board for over two years. If you have a grasp of Marlin and are able to write your own firmware or are willing to learn and install Klipper, as many seem to have done out of frustration then by all means get this board, but do some research first as there are other boards. This board has turned out to be a bigger headache than the Creality V4.2.7 board that can't store it's settings no matter what settings you use by other users online. Perhaps once I have learned Marlin and I am able to write my own code I might have a different opinion but at the moment all I have is a very expensive paper weight.

You are buying a headache
Motherboard is absolutely fine, works with unified firmware, but the screen.. It's not an upgrade at all, freezing, making some blobs during printing, or unloading filament randomly, I tried updating.. Same story, I still have to print in marlin mode, with the usb od ed frome the screen printer is unreliable, can't be left alone. Btw You can't see the long names in motherboard sd slot.. I rly regret buying that screen, suppose to be awesome, it is a pain.

Annoying
This board has given nothing but headaches, the USB port was already falling off, and the company there firmware is all over the place and the once you got a firmware you can’t flash a new one

BTT SKR mini E3 V3 and TFT35
Picked up an old Ender 3 as my first printer and I didn't have 3D printing experience, but had 2D and 3D modeling experience as well as an electrical background working as a service technician for over 10 years. The main board on the ender 3 was messed up at the card reader so the upgrade was a necessity. Spend a few more bucks and get a double z axis kit and direct drive extruder. Was able to do all the upgrades at once and get it all set up easily. The TFT cable needs to be re-pinned at the 5 terminal end, it's not right. There's a few guides on it. Haven't gotten the WiFi part figured out yet but I've only been printing stuff for 2 days, I'm sure it can be done without much trouble.

Goed product , alles compleet en netjes ingepakt.Alleen geen documentatie meegeleverd wat resulteerde in wat extra zoekwerk.

Board is fine, but TFT stopped working after a year.
After a year, the TFT got stuck in the mode menu (where you choose whether you want Marlin mode or touch mode). I tried a few things I found online, but couldn't fix it.I'd return it, but I dont want to have to disassemble the board, wait weeks and get a new one without the screen.Furthermore, the touch screen did not make it easier to work. I mostly ended up using the Marlin mode. Get the board. Leave the touch screen.

Drop in replacement for a Creality CR-10s
This kit installed fairly painlessly into a CR-10s with a 2.1 8bit board.
