It is an effective vitamin. I enjoy taking it when I travel or when I am tired. It contains a lot of nutrients and vitamins that the body needs, so it is good to take just a bag of these nutrients. The pills also come in a size that doesn't get stuck in my throat and go over well. Make sure to bring these nutrients when you travel.
