I take these for two purposes: a boost to my immune system in general and for their anti-inflammatory effect as part of a multi-pronged and necessarily holistic dietary approach, which does include other supplements as well, to help keep my rheumatoid arthritis at bay. The rheumatoid arthritis issue is a long-term one. It was first diagnosed over 50 years ago and arriving at a point where it remains under control without having to put up with other unpleasant side effects has been a long and complex journey. The liposomal formulation is supposed to be better absorbed, which is one reason I chose this particular quercetin, and although it is impossible to quantify whether any particular part of my overall regimen, including this product, is doing more of the "heavy lifting", it does seem to be doing its part. I'm well, mobile and free from pain and inflammation. I can also say that since taking this supplement I have noticed an increased ability to fight off the various colds and respiratory diseases I used to be prone to. I am catching these much more rarely these days, and it no longer takes me three weeks to get over a cold that was dismissed by my kids in a few days. The last lurgy I caught was surprisingly mild, I barely noticed it for a couple of days and then it was gone.

Got to stop taking these as they cause me to vomit, and I take one at a time with a meal, as stated on the bottle. They just make me ill so have had to stop taking them which is unfortunate. I'm now trying to sleep but can't after being sick 😪 ...also...I've read the one star reviews but people need to read this so will put higher stars so you can. 😪🙏

I have stopped taking very strong antihistamines and nasal sprays and decided last year to persist on a more natural treatment. I have been using Quercetin and Homeopathy to alleviate the symptoms of Hayfever and started this protocol last year on 500mg Quercetin and the remedies I sourced from from Ainsworth chemist. This year I found 500 mg was not working sufficiently and I was still uncomfortable with symptoms. So I looked for a higher dose of Quercetin. I came across these 1600mg and was very excited. Anyway I kept the homeopathy protocol the same with the addition of an 'itchy' remedy for my eyes nd started taking this new 1600mg dose dividing it between am and pm. This completely alleviated my symptoms. I was caravanning at the time and found that it really did the trick. I was ready for the next dose in the morning and there was small breakthroughs until I'd taken it again and it kicked in. I have been told antihistamines will not be helping my tummy issues and I will be purchasing next years ready. I would highly recommend. The only thing that lost a star was the sticking together of the pills. They do and it is tricky to get them out but I'm sure they will work on that. It's a small price to pay for a natural remedy for hayfever. I don't think there is a soul left I haven't told. I think it would be amazing if people chose this as an option before hitting antihistamines particularly for kids and children. It has worked for my friends son on a much lower dose taken every 2-3 days! Definitely consider supporting with homeopathy too folks its relatively cheap too! The magic Combo! Oh and they extra ingredients I'm sure are beneficial from my research!

Purchased this product. The labelling is unclear. How much is actually Quercetin and how much is the Quercetin bound to Phytosome ? What is the actual Quercetin delivery? Why does the label state phystosome and liposomal? - They are different technologies!

I was looking for a more absorbable form of quercetin due to the fact regular quercetin does not absorb much, in fact not much at all. I realised most products on the market are mostly duds since it doesn't get absorbed and you're essentially paying for nothing... That is until i came across this liposomal phytosome version of it... The phytosome version is supported by various studies showing that it absorbs WAY MORE on DEEPER level than any other form of quercetin. This means you're getting way more for your money in the supplement you paid for... BUT also, its a huge 1600mg softgel which means you only really need to take 1 per day where as with most other supplements you need to take a at least 2. I've got no doubt this is going to have a hugely beneficial effect on inflammation and other issues and is going to be a big help. I would highly recommend this liposomal phytosome version over a regular version of Quercetin - and the price is great for what you get A++
