Love these so much! I was worried they would be light weight and possibly even broken upon arrival. But they were very well packaged and heavy. I haven't used them yet but they seem really sturdy. And the blue is gorgeous!! They look pretty in the photo, but they're altogether striking in person. I highly recommend you grab these while they're on sale. I'm seriously considering getting 4 more before they go back to regular price.

I paired this with a cream side plate and an IKEA bowl. Nice size. Fits in my cupboard better than my 10” plates.

Three stars only because I love SOME of these dishes (dinner, dessert, bowls). So much that despite the price, despite the fact that they sometimes split in two, or warp after a few rounds in the dishwasher, I bought more. The reviews aren't wrong - you roll the dice with this product. I've hesitated on re-ordering, because of these reasons. BUT I finally broke down to replace some of the pieces. The dinner plates came in, pretty good - not great, more faded colour. The bowls, also OK - sloppy glazing, slightly different colour and design, but I guess I can live with it. The dessert plates showed up today. Terrible. Four small plates, over $50, all disappointing colours. The brown rim? Nonexistent. The blue? the bottoms of the plates better than the tops - which are bland, pale, and unpleasant. So disappointing. I guess I'll make the 1.5 hour drive to Ikea, to see their version of these plates. I DO understand that glazing results in varying degrees of colours, but they could definitely separate these shades into matching sets. Too bad - I would have been a customer for life, I was so smitten with these items. Never again purchasing these, and sending the dessert plates back.

I was nervous about buying plates online because I was afraid they would arrive and be ugly, cheap & tacky looking. If you also are worried about this, then these are definitely the plates for you. First of all, they are so pretty. Just like the pics but I like them even more in person. They have a nice heavy weight to them, sturdy and good quality, without being too heavy to actually use. The size is perfect, nice & big, with a relatively shallow profile and a curved lip around the edges to keep any sauces, etc. from sliding off. Washed great in the dishwasher. Overall, there’s just something very appealing about them, it makes me happy to look at them. They were also packed very well with thick styrofoam between and around them in a well-fitting box, so they arrived in perfect condition with no chipped or broken ones. I would definitely buy these again or other things in the set to match them.

They are nice and big, keeps the food separated on my plate.
