However, when I press ‘+’ to add a rain delay, nothing happens, why?** A: It was too hard to set. Did not like the device. Could not set up to operate at separate times. I should have sent it back. **Q: how long is the warranty?** A: I don’t know but mine is less than a year old and one side does not work **Q: can you set it for specfic days? Or every other day? or is it just days in a row?** A: You can't pick specific days, like Monday/Tuesday. Well, what if I want to water every 6 or 8 hours? Not an option. But whatever I stuck with it.This morning I woke up to a loud squirting noise outside and the hose timer had blown off and my garden flooded overnight. Guess there's worse things that could happen to a garden but, regardless, this thing didn't last long. Im use to replacing hose timers every 1-2 years because they dont last but this one only lasted me about 6 months. I wrote the seller, and even though it's been several months from the purchase until I got to testing it, they sent me a replacement. The replacement works very well, and has been working without a glitch for a year. Customer service is great. they responded to me and sent me a replacement. New one is working just as good as the 1st. If it leaks, make sure to use plumber's tape.**Worked fine when purchased in April. Leaks little water but after using plumbers tape, leaking was minimal. But, just this weekend, when I checked on the sprinkler timer, it stopped working. Put in new fresh batteries and still nothing comes up on the screen. I emailed the company directly as return window on Amazon is closed. We will see if they help out at all.
