Bought this chair a week ago and it has changed my life! I try to use it every morning I get home from work if I can and it's a Godsend! This chair literally puts me to sleep it's that good . The massage options are plentiful, the foot rollers are particularly great, that zero gravity makes you lay flat pretty much so you can have a sleep feel . Only two smalls gripes I had upon delivery and putting it together, one the attention to detail with the screws were alittle off making it sorta difficult to screw in the sides of the chair a little challenging but I made it work lol and I wish it was a little more padding on the chair headrest but that was an easy fix ( small pillow is all you'll probably need lol) But still awesome chair I would definitely recommend it ❤️💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿!

I tried one of these in the airport and was totally in love with it. I knew this wasn't the same brand as that one, but for the price and the fact that it could be returned made me decide to try it out. It is unbelievable. It was easy and quick to assemble the couple of parts. I have used it twice a day since I received it. My joke to everyone about it is that I'm not unhappy about it. In just the few short weeks I have had it, it has paid for itself. All my friends love it after trying it. Just awesome. I highly recommend this chair!

For the money this is a decent buy. What's important to note- Learn how all the settings work and experiment first, because simply hitting the "AUTO" button may result in a surprise painful experience. Took a thin pillow to isolate my spine so i could just play with the various settings. Found the things I like, and also the things I don't, and since there are personal preferences, what I think is good or not isn't worth mentioning, your results will surely vary depending on your body structure and bone structure relative to the machine size. I am 5'7" and this chair is a perfect size for me, my son is 6' and I have to tell him to get out of the dang thing so dad can use it... I am not a paid reviewer. I have really enjoyed this massage chair. I use it almost every day! I am 5’3” and it is just the right size. I do have some trouble with the neck massage hitting my head instead of my neck. I agree with some of the other reviews it is better with a small pad-I put a folded blanket and it feels just right on my back. Also, it would be nice if the control panel had a light but I can manage. The one thing I didn’t see in reviews is that it talks! At random times it says “I am here” or some times “goodby”. Kind of freaked me out until I figured out it was coming from the chair. I’m not sure why it does it or what sets it off to say something. I do love the chair though. Very comfortable and the heat works well. It was fairly easy to assemble. The directions were kind of lacking though. I would buy this chair again!!

Massager display won’t work anymore. Non existent support. Clicked on product support. Clicked on won’t turn on. Got some instructions but that did not work. Asks if issues is resolved. Said no, took me back to same menu rinse and repeat. I would say do not buy this product. There is no support.

It’s an ok massage chair if you’re looking for a gentle, relaxing massage. I was hoping for a deeper tissue massage. Even increasing the intensity to its max isn’t enough for me. The heat is subtle, can barely feel it. The balls or whatever that does the massage don’t move up and down, so there are several places it just doesn’t get to on your back. The control panel has no backlight so unless you have a bright light on it’s hard to read. The air compression is nice, and the foot massage is pretty good just again not deep enough for me. I’d return it if it wasn’t so big and such a hassle to return. If you have real issues and are looking for a chair that’s deep and can get to specific spots, I’d look elsewhere. If you just want a relaxing gentle massage it’s the chair for you. I wish I would have done more research and found a deeper tissue massage chair

It is worth for the price. I am enjoying, very relaxing and has given me a sense of joy & pleasure. Easy to assemble and lot of features. Big screen to display all options. I especially enjoy the air pressure for my shoulders, legs, and feet. So comfortable I fell asleep during massage. I recommend this chair. Truly appreciate this great find! I like the product overall.

I bought this for Christmas and was nervous because some of the reviews weren't great....the chair is awesome. Super easy to put together (less than 20 mins), a lot of people said it was too small - my husband is 6 foot, 250lbs and it's perfect, he loves it. It's very relaxing, nice massage, nice speakers and touch screen. I most certainly recommend this massage chair especially for the cost!
