So I would recommend getting some better quality earphones for best experience. And I tried using the item with a lower quality set of ear buds and I didn’t get a good playback of my songs. If this happens to just switch out the earpieces you were using because I don’t think it would be the device itself. Downloading songs onto the device is also incredibly easy. You just need a computer and some really basic computing experience. The manual goes over how to download songs in depth. As for the battery life, and I’ve listened for eight continuous hours before it dying out. If you have a battery pack for your phone, then it should work for this device as well. Given you half the cable on hand. The cable is also pretty standard so you shouldn’t have any issues finding it. Within a week the screen started to peel off from the body of the music player, but still functioned. Until one day it just stopped working. It gets hot while charging which is a little nerve racking as it was my 7 year old son's. It supports a wired connection with no wireless support. I thought this would be a cheap simple music player, but this one is too cheap.
