The dosage of the turmeric is low if you are looking for pain relief. Most turmeric is 2600 mg of turmeric per serving. This is only 500 mg per serving. I found no relief and missed the return window by 1 day.

I have inflammation in my knees I have been trying to knock down and wanted to use turmeric but like taking gummies. I know the dose of turmeric that was used in the study where they found it as good for arthritis as Celebrex was 750mg,. That is a tough dose to find in gummies, but at 550mg per two gummies these Wachray turmeric gummies come about the closest. I also liked that these gummies included the black pepper as that is needed to help keep the active compound in turmeric from getting metabolized too fast to do any good. So I started by trying three gummies at a time to try to get that same dose as was used in the study, and this helped some with my knees, but only if I took three gummies at least once every 6 hours or even more. It is a good thing that these turmeric gummies are as affordable as they are because you can imagine how fast one would go through them at that rate. Other than that, I did also have a problem with them all being stuck together at the bottom of the jar, had to get a fork or something to get gummies out every time I went to take some. I though these were totally tasty enough too, not at all spicy. Would buy again.

I really thought these gummies would be laced with lots of sugar to hide the Tumeric flavor OR due to their high potency, they would taste bad - but neither was the case. These were actually very fruity flavored, mildly Tumeric tasting, and not loaded with sugars as with some gummies. *I don't taste the Ginger at all. The advertisement's webpage says that the gummies won't stick or melt. That is simply not true. In my video, one fell out just fine, but when I went to give my husband one, the rest were all clumped together. It's very hard to get one out of the container without putting your fingers in there to grab one. So, either use a fork or make sure your hands are very clean, so you do not contaminate the rest of the gummies. The expiration date is legible and very far out which is good. They will be long gone before then, but it's nice to know that I didn't get any that were about to expire. As far as price, you receive two bottles for $19.99. That $10 per bottle. There are 40 servings per container which is .25 cents per serving. That's an awesome deal! I'm excited to begin taking these. Crossing fingers for good results.

Initially, it took about 3 months to see any real results, but I feel a definite difference now. This brand contains both 550 mg turmeric plus black pepper (bioprene), which increases absorption. The minimum effective dose of turmeric is about 500 mg per day. It's rare to find this high a dose in a gummie. I need to take a little more, so for me I would take 3 gummies per day. These gummies taste ok. They are supposed to have an orange taste, but I'm tasting a mild fruit flavor. They are soft and fresh, and are a pleasant alternative to swallowing capsules

This is the 2nd time I bought these and they were expired and hard I need to get my money back Most times I buy these and they are fine but two times they're old...
