Mine did not come with instructions. Am i suppose to wear all 3 at the same time? i had hysterectomy and have a short torso.

If you are meaning the side straps they are to help with supporting the abdomen.

I got the large and it fits well. It can be tightened quite a bit so the large works for me. I’m 2 weeks pp with twins, I’m about 10lbs heavier than you right now.

Is Z-beige-3in1 100% as well? The style looks different from the other colors.
