When disconnecting the remote the fan goes full speed, then back to previous setting when you reconnect it. **Q: How long is the adapter to use with the digital controller?** A: approx. 10 to 15 ft long **Q: One user stated that they wired directly to furnace blower, hence when blower comes on, it turn on, How? Any info please?** A: This is my plan for this product. You could do this in two ways. Assuming your HVAC furnace blower is the same voltage, 120VAC in the US, you could wire directly off the feed inside the furnace that powers the blower. This will require understanding of electrical wiring and/or electrical schematic of the furnace. Although unlikely, this method may overload the blower protection circuit and probably voids the furnace warranty. Alternatively, you could use the house thermostat fan signal to control a 24 VAC relay, such as Functional Devices RIBU1C, to switch the 120 VAC powering the duct fan. **Q: Any way to make it just go on full power instead of having to to push the button 5 times?** A: Push the button 5 times. The controller is set up to program fan speed on start up but will maintain the memory on a power loss event. If you don’t want to push the button 5 times then just unplug it.
