We charged them in the sun for 8 hours before the party and tested them all. Two out of the 12 I ordered did not turn on. The seller quickly made it right by sending 2 more which was very kind. However, they did not light up nearly as bright as we hoped. They were fine and honestly look better in photos than in real life.
