Update: Added another star and ordering more after testing these out for a while. They stick better than the pads that came with my device. The adhesive is definitely lasting longer, so I'm getting a lot of use out of these. Better adhesion means less irritation because of better current distribution. The odor dissipates after they aired out. I am happy with the quality of these and the price I paid. I'd give 5 stars if not for the plastic smell. I am trying these out today, and have been using them for several hours so far. I've moved them around to different areas and they stick and re-stick just fine. The price was great. The big pads are great. The variety is great. I like the small circles too, but haven't tried those yet. I haven't noticed any rashes far. I've got really really sensitive skin and I will update if I develop an issue with skin irritation. The gel seems a little thin, and time will tell how much use I get from these. At this point, I probably would not reorder because of the strong smell. It didn't bother me too much when using on my thighs under pants, but now with the pads on my arms, I can really smell it. It's a strong plastic chemical odor. It bothers me and could cause a headache. I'll air them out to see if the smell improves for next time, however my understanding is that pads like this should be stored sealed in plastic to prevent them from drying out. Here are a few tips I've picked up: Clean the skin with a light alcohol wipe or other oil free cleansing method before use. If you need to refresh the pads add a couple drops of water, then wait a couple minutes for the pads to rehydrate. Don't wash the pads with soap. Rinse the pads if necessary, and let them air dry. Try using them with a conductive electrolyte spray or gel. Try using a wrap or snug clothing to keep the pads in place. Pay attention to that snappy feeling, it might hurt your skin if you're not careful, the snap you feel when the pads come loose means you're not getting a good connection, or the adhesive may have worn out or needs some attention.

Perfect replacement and easy to find and place because of the color. it was a great value for me to get more use out of my TENS Unit. I will definitely buy them again.
