this cream itches and tingles so bad, im not sure if it's bc when I apply it to my stomach I wrap my stomach as well before I work out...but ive used other creams and it didn't have that outcome...I endured the itching and tingling til it stopped about 15mins into my work out..I will never by again it hurts lol

This hot cream is one of the best on the market. It heats up quick and lasts for hours. I would recommend with all work outs!!

The pictures on the sales page for this product are laughable. No cream will help you lose weight like these claim, but hot creams, and particularly caffeinated ones have been shown to help, especially as you age, because it can take a longer time for your skin to catch up to your weight loss. I use this with a cavitation machine, and I workout regularly, and I have seen some small improvement over time, particularly because this help tighten up some loose skin. That's really what it's for.

I like this product a lot. This product helps us to firm our stomachs. We use it when we go out to work out sometime. You can just wear it all day and it would tighten your skin. It's a lot better than some of the other brands that I've used. Thanks for asking.

It was watery, poor quality. It just smells like coffee but not much else. Would not recommend 😕
