The original hose assembly finally ripped off, so when the head assembly stopped working as well, I decided to replace the parts instead of replacing the vacuum. Replacement is abeolutely simple. There are two tabs that remove the hose. Two clicks and bam, it fits right into place. There is nothing negative to say about this product. It works exactly like it is supposed to. Cheaper alternative to Dyson brand replacement parts.
