Product feels strong and good quality, so it feels trustful to leave your personal belongings attached to it. Very friendly to use and switching codes it’s easy, which makes it easy to open, never had an issue of it getting stuck. Black color makes it disguise very good. Length is fine, gives you around enough length to attack your bike for example to a post and make it feel secure. I def recommended it’s for its good quality and not expensive as other options.

Great bike lock! My brother and sister-in-law have the same lock and recommended it to me. It’s very rugged and well-made, and I like the combination feature. I feel safe in the fact that it’s so well-made and have no fear of someone trying to cut through this and stealing my bike! And for the price, it’s outstanding!

Decent little cable for locking up your bike quickly while you run into a store or a building to grab something. Generally speaking I do not like to leave a bike unattended for too long because where there's a will there's a way.

Came exactly as advertised. Very convenient where you store the cable on your bike. The combination is easy to use and easy to reset the unlock code. I was worried it might be bulky and hard to use because its circular but its not. The speed or easy of disengaging it from the bike and then using it was very easy. With the affordable price and easy of use, i recommend this product.

Discovered almost too late that many customers had experienced the SAME DESIGN FLAW in Masterlock 8122D: a correct combination not working. Purchased product in July, successfully reset combination, and had been using.* Running errands on my bike yesterday, I had unlocked my bike from one errand and was unable to insert the lock ten minutes later at my second stop, the combination lock still set to the correct numbers. I tried several things (rotating all numbers, setting all to zero, wiggling them, etc) to no avail. THANK GOODNESS I did NOT manage to make the lock work, instead walked my bike into do the errand, and when I returned home and tried every method, Fortunately I was not subjected to the security risk, uncertainty, time, and cost of having to have the cable to my bike or other locked item due to your failed product. On the Amazon reviews, I discovered Masterlock knows of this flaw. This would have been a security risk for me as a woman at night with no means of transporting myself and my bike home. This bike lock is unsafe and I will dispose of it immediately. *ALSO NOTED, as have other reviewers, that inserting and removing the lock was often stiff and required unwarranted exertion (flaw tell) also unreasonably tight cable coils (which render unsuable 3’ of the 6’ cable)

it comes with a clip to attach to your bike which is nice. just that it's so stiff and wound up that it CAN be annoying to lock your bike sometimes, but not too big of a deal. setting your code takes like 30 seconds too. if you feel that it's hard to open the numbers have to be closely aligned.

Don't why it has to be this long, but it coils up nicely, and it's easy to hang anywhere on the bike. Nice tumbler lock. Dam tough.

I had my bike locked using this product and someone was able to cut through and steal the bike. I wouldn't recommend this product. My bike was at a train station so the perpetrator would have to be relatively quick. I'll have to go with another option maybe a chain.

Good quality like all master locks. But the combination part is huge. I bought it to lock stuff in my truck and the cable end won’t fit through the factory tie down loops in the bed.
