After reading about the benefits of marine collagen I came across birch and Wilde will scrolling on amazon and the packing caught my eye. My order arrived beautifully packaged with very clear instructions and so much info on the Birch and Wilde website. I have been taken the collagen for about 3 weeks and can really feel and see the benefits. I was suffering with the joints in my knee and every time I went to the gym the pain was getting worse, after about a week of taking the capsules the pain has gone.
