What is the Grit level of ceramic stone & leather strap?

There is no grit level, the ceramic is to debut, I believe, and the polishing paste? On the leather must be greater than 800… my guess. It’s probably in the literature somewhere.

Will this product sharpen Barbers Shears/scissors?

I don't see this sharpener being able to sharpen scissors when setup in the fixture

What is the largest knife it will sharpen

Not sure about the largest knife, but it can extend and sharpen an 11 inch brisket carving knife. As well as a 4 inch wide cleaver easily. On long blades one may have to help support the knife though

Can this sharpen Leatherman knives?

It works better on bigger knives, but I think you can use it to sharpen a leather man. Probably not the small blade but the bigger one. I sharpened a small paring knife with a blade similar to my leather man and it did fine.

Scary sharp

It will take practice, but once you get it you will not be disappointed. My wife doesn't want me to sharpen the kitchen knives with this system because she felt my pocket knives and is scared of how sharp they are. Best system aside from the upgraded metal version. I highly recommend it

Worthwhile upgrade

I had the base kit for a while and achieved good results. The additional abrasives have helped me to achieve an even better, more polished edge. The addition of the storage box (which should have been included as part of the base kit) makes it a worthwhile upgrade.
