The kit is easy to use and makes 1 litre of yoghurt that once tasted can usually see a large quantity soon eaten. The only problem is that the packets of various flavours are not cheap, but the quality outweighs the cost, and you know what's in it, and when you made it. Those I've let taste what I've made like it so much they usually go and buy one, along with often the more exotic flavours that aren't found on supermarket chiller shelves.
