I purchased this book for an eight year old that is just learning to speak English. Setting up the audio for him was surprisingly easy and he followed along and completed the lessons with little to no assistance. I would recommend the book to anyone!

I used it with a non English speaker kid (10 years old). The work book is very good in terms of design, exercises, etc. and I liked how there is an online listening element for free that really must be used with the workbook for listening and repeating after the native English kid voices. I wish the publishers had the same book for Spanish learning.

I personally was not impressed. I mean, if your student has zero english, and just want to get them talking for starters, it might be helpful. However, I chose this for my 5th grade Chinese student who will be moving on to middle school all too soon and NEEDS to understand the structure and grammar so that he can be better prepared academically, and sadly this book just wasn't it. I ended up printing free printable worksheets from TEFL sites to help. The only good thing was the books simplicity did help boost his confidence as the work was easy to complete, and for helping him have more of a "can do" outlook, I give it 3 stars.

Easy and fun to understand. Having pictures helps a lot. Can be used for kids from 6years old.

Thanks to DK for free audio! This is the perfect one for practicing what I have from the course book. Worth it.

Io e mio figlio ci siamo trovati benissimo con tutta la serie dei libri (grammatica, esercizi e lessico), è un libro molto informativo e ben strutturato, grafica molto bella ed accattivante. Ottimo aiuto per studiare inglese a casa.
