Excellent ergonomic mouse for long work hours
The mouse is comfortable, lightweight, and the quiet-click buttons are a great feature in an office environment. The Bluetooth connectivity was simple to set up, and I appreciate the option to use the Logi Bolt USB receiver as well. Battery life has been excellent so far. The customizable buttons and smooth scrolling improve productivity, especially when working across multiple applications. The only thing to note is that users with very large hands may want to verify the sizing before purchasing.

Got Wrist Pain? Go Vertical
I recently picked up a Logitech Lift after using a more budget-priced Kensington vertical mouse for about two years. That mouse is still great, but getting handed off to someone who wants to try out vertical mice. It also provided me the opportunity for an upgrade. Folks absolutely can disagree if they think a vertical mouse helps with wrist pain or not; there isn't tons of research about it overall. But I gave it a try with my previous mouse and found it really did clear up some persistent right wrist pain I'd been having. Prior to the switch, I'd be working on exercises, which had been helping but not fixing things. After I added in a vertical mouse, the pain resolved in about a month. The Lift is a very nice upgrade from my Kensington. The plastic has a pleasant soft-touch coating, and is patterned with a texture I assume is meant to improve comfort, which it probably does but I can't say I've noticed it a lot yet. The buttons are a very easy and quiet click (almost too quiet coming from a much clicker mouse), and the ability to adjust cursor speed on the mouse itself is unexpectedly handy. Battery life so far seems good, but if I notice a problem there I'll update to let folks know. If you're thinking of going vertical, I think the Lift is a very good choice, though it is somewhat pricy. If you're unsure or want to try something cheaper first, there a good number of options, though I'd go with either Anker or Kensington personally. But if you're ready to take the plunge, I don't you'll be disappointed with the Lift unless you have quite large hands; if that's the case, you may be best served with the MX Vertical, though at $100 I'd probably try out something lower end first to be sure I'll like the form factor.

Great for Wrist and Arm pain
Great mouse if you have wrist or arm pain. Easy to install (used the usb dongle). Buttons on top and side of the unit, comfortable grip. Only negative is the custom button software does not work on linux or Windows 7. Didn't even know these existed ten days ago.

Great product!
It took me a while to get used to it, and it’s a little cumbersome to move sometimes, but overall I am glad that I made the switch. This has helped me a lot with my carpal tunnel. I have really small hands and this works really well.

Great mouse - quiet and functional
The quality seems good. It looks great and feels great in my hand. I think it will definitely help with preventing wrist pain for the future. I paired it with a wrist rest as well. Super easy to set up, I think it’s a good value for your money. It’s in the mid-range for an ergonomic mouse. I’ve always found Logitech items to be good quality and functional. I have no problem with accuracy when moving the mouse and the connectivity has zero delay. I appreciate that there are buttons on the side as well for my thumb. I tend to use these a lot. The main left and right mouse buttons are super quiet. It’s also really cool that you can pair it to up to three devices and you can easily switch between them. The bottom plate where you put the battery in (battery was included!) is magnetic and I love it.

Wonderful!!
Update - After using this mouse for over a year I started experiencing something profoundly annoying. When dragging something from one place to another (often from monitor to monitor) I would accidentally hit one of the buttons by the thumb and it would close whatever I was working on. Especially during work where I do this often. I found there is an option to turn these buttons off in the software!!! Wonderful!!! That was the absolute only thing I was having an issue with. Longevity has been perfect and I'll confess, I'm not particularly regular about cleaning it. I would buy this mouse again in a heartbeat. I bought this at the same time (Feb '25) as the Logitech Ergo K860 Wireless Ergonomic Keyboard - Split Keyboard, for which I have also written a review. I cannot say enough good things about both of these products. My neck, shoulders and back feel so much better than with my previous setup. At the time of purchase, there were a number of reviews saying these failed fairly quickly. This has not been my experience and I am not very conscientious about cleaning it. After almost a year of heavy use (8-10 hrs a day), the batteries are at 30% which I don't think I can complain about. These products are not cheap, but for me they have been worth every penny and I cannot see myself going back. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat.

Overall performance is good, have had tracking issues
Overall, the three of us who use this mouse are happy with its performance. Two people have tried it but have chosen other mice due to odd tracking issues making accuracy hit and miss. The first mouse lasted me about four months before it stopped working consistently. The left click button would only work with immense pressure at the very tip of the mouse. I went through the suggested troubleshooting steps with no success. Pro: It comes with a universal dongle which freed up port space on my box. The ergo styling is comfortable and easy to use; no more wrist tension or pain. Set-up is a breeze, battery life is good. Cons: Tracking is not always smooth. It's super sensitive so the pointer moves abruptly.

Melhorou minha dor no pulso
Comprei este mouse por causa de dores no pulso e, após o uso, elas diminuíram muito! Tem boa ergonomia, clique silencioso e é bem rápido. Estranha-se um pouco no início, mas a adaptação é muito rápida. Super recomendo!

Relief for tennis elbow
As someone who spends a significant amount of time working and gaming on a computer, I started experiencing elbow strain. Switching to this mouse provided relatively quick relief, making it a worthwhile purchase. I also found the hand position to be much more natural. While I haven't explored all the additional features, the mouse has proven to be very beneficial. I particularly appreciate the convenience of the single AA battery and the genuinely silent clicks. The scroll wheel is also very responsive. The only downside is the price, which is higher than some alternatives, but the comfortable ergonomic design makes it a minor concern. Pros: ☺ Ergonomics ☺ 1 Single AA battery ☺ Silent click confirmed. ☺ Bluetooth & Wifi compatible. ☺ 3 Different devices Cons: ☹ Price Overall: Quality ergonomic mouse..... Highly Recommended

Comfortable mouse, very customizable, I have tested it on different surfaces, and still works very well & smoothly on all surfaces including "plastic & glossy surfaces" :D.

Very small and not usable for me.
I am not recommending this mouse for anyone as its so small and very light.
