Yes it does, as long as you use the watch charger cable. I use it on both Samsung Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro. It charges quickly.

Is this a real Samsung charger?

No, it's not an authentic Samsung Charger but it does charge our Samsung phones great. It's not super fast but it charges the phone within 1 hour or less. Hope this helps

No unfortunately its not made in the USA, made in China.

does this charger work with the pixel 7?

It should work with any cell phone that has a usb type c port. I'm not familiar with the pixel 7, though, so you might want to contact pixel support to make sure there aren't any other issues specific to the pixel.
