If you’re after ambient lighting with a bit of character, this is a solid pick. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use , easy to recharge *by B***N on 15 January 2026* Excellent, gave a sparkling display on our doorstep over Christmas. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Realistic Flame Effect *by G***N on 16 June 2024* Bought these to replace some old flame effect lights that no longer seem to be stocked. They arrived completely discharged and took longer than the 4 hours stated to charge. Once completed they worked well, with a good flame effect albeit that the effectyoes not go the full length of the white plastic cover. The other functions all seem to work as stated, but as I bought these primarily for the flicker effect I doubt I'll use the others, which seems to be a waste of the technology. They are supplied with 2 USB cable so it made charging both, that much easier. I can't comment on the longevity of the charge as they've only been in use for 3 hours so far. The remotes (And other similar remotes I have) seem to work across the garden up to a distance of approximately 10m. That makes switching them on very easy to manage. The one downside to these lights (so far) is the unnecessary branding that's etched into the base.
