Shame on the seller for not including it** A: It holds about 90ml to the bottom of the rolled edge. The hinge is a simple slit punched through the side of the tin so it can't hold liquids that flow like water at this depth without draining out the hinges however. Something more viscous like wax that will set and block the hole is probably fine. **Q: Can this sustain candle making?** A: Have you ever used an 'Altoids tin' for candle making? This is the same kind of tin. Maybe it would work, I don't see why it wouldn't, but I don't make candles.
